HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?

ALL OF MY QUOTES ARE CUSTOM AND VENUE SPECIFIC. PLEASE SEND ME YOUR DATE, IF I AM AVAILABLE I WILL SEND YOU THE QUESTIONS NEEDED FOR A PERSONALIZED QUOTE. 

DO YOU ONLY DO WEDDINGS?

I SPECIALIZE IN WEDDINGS BUT MY SERVICES EXTEND FAR BEYOND WEDDINGS: LUXURY BABY SHOWERS, BIRTHDAYS, QUINCEANERAS, CORPORATE EVENTS AND MORE. 

HOW MUCH PRODUCTION TIME IS NEEDED? 

THIS DEPENDS ON HOW ELABORATE YOUR DESIGN IS, ON AVERAGE 3-5 HOURS, SOME OVER THE TOP DESIGNS REQUIRE MORE TIME. 

HOW MUCH BREAK DOWN TIME IS NEEDED. 

1-2 HOURS DEPENDING ON HOW ELABORATE THE DESIGN IS. 

HOW MANY EVENTS DO YOU TAKE ON PER DAY?

ONLY 1 EVENT PER DAY. 

HOW DO I SECURE MY DATE?

TO OFFICIALLY SECURE YOUR DATE A SIGNED CONTRACT IS REQUIRED, PLUS A 50% NONREFUNDABLE RETAINER. THE REMAINING 50% IS DUE 60 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SPEND PER EVENT? 

ON AVERAGE I PERSONALLY SPEND AROUND 200 HOURS PER EVENT. MAJORITY OF THE WORK IS DONE BEFORE THE EVENT OOCURS: VENUE MEETINGS, COMMUNICATION WITH THE CLIENT THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS, DESIGN PLANNING, CUSTOM FLOOR LAYOUTS, MAKING SURE I HAVE THE PROPER AMOUNT OF INVENTORY TO EXECUTE YOUR EVENT, CALCULATING FLORAL RECIPES, PLACING FLORAL ORDERS, PLANNING THE PROPER AMOUNT OF STAFF, MAKING CUSTOM ITEMS, PACKING ALL THE INVENTORY BEFORE THE EVENT, MAKING FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS, EXECUTING THE DESIGN DAY OF, BREAKING DOWN INVENTORY AT THE END OF THE EVENT, AND EVEN THE DAY AFTER THE EVENT WE ARE UNPACKING, CLEANING THE INVENTORY, AND PUTTING AWAY THE INVENTORY.  

DO YOU RENT YOUR ITEMS?

NO, I ONLY DO FULL SERVICE EVENT DESIGN, ALL OF MY INVENTORY IS FOR MY CLIENTS USE ONLY. 

DO YOU OFFER CONSULTATIONS BEFORE BOOKING? 

CONSULTATIONS BEFORE OFFICIALLY BOOKING ARE $350. IF YOU OFFICIALLY BOOK AFTER MEETING THE $350 GOES TOWARDS YOUR BALANCE, MAKING THE CONSULTATION FREE. 

DO YOU TRAVEL?

YES, FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE, THE FEE DEPENDS ON ALL THE EXTRA COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH TRAVELING TO YOUR EVENT.
